Copyright Infringement Policy - (DMCA) Notice

Arya Banerjee ("we" or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the alleged infringer of your claim. We will also advise the alleged infringer of the DMCA counter-notification process, as described below.


Counter-Notification Process:

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of mistaken identification or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes the following:-

  • 1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  • 2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • 4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • 5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the USA, for any judicial district in which we may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of such person.


Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a counter-notification may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, court costs, and attorney's fees.


Please also be aware that we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
